Email Marketing Specialist

Requirements

  • Having a good knowledge of the trading/forex industry is considered an advantage
  • Strong grasp of the English language
  • Familiar with industry best practices (outbound/inbound marketing, demand generation, etc.)
  • Excellent business marketing writing skills
  • Strong data evaluation skills with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions
  • Focused, self-driven, professional
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical, project management and presentations skills
  • A hands-on team player
  • Hard worker, disciplined, detail-oriented and enthusiastic

Responsibilities & Duties

The ideal candidate will join a dynamic and fast paced working environment. The successful candidate will be required to provide excellent customer service to clients whilst enhancing their trading experience with TTS Markets.

  • Create email marketing campaigns to promote FXTM products and services
  • Ensure our marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects in all our strategic regions
  • Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
  • Develop a personalisation strategy
  • Include specific graphics, incentives, and detailed descriptions
  • Review messages for brevity
  • Send messages to those who have opted in to receive communication from FXTM
  • Ensure messages are mobile-friendly
  • Create lists of emails for lead generation
  • Follow up on interested respondents
  • Purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs
  • Include persuasive 'call-to-actions' in advertisements and promotions
  • Track and analyse direct and interactive marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with IT to create statistical analysis and reports in QlikView
